If
for any reason you are not pleased with your product(s),
please call us during regular business hours (8 AM-5 PM
Eastern Standard Time) or email us, and we will promptly
and thoroughly meet your needs and make sure you are happy
with your final purchase.
We
offer a limited lifetime guarantee on all of our
products. If
damages are incurred during shipping, Duckbill will, at
its sole discretion, repair, replace or offer a full refund
for the purchased product (shipping charges excluded).
This warranty applies to all products which are not A):
consumable products, B): subjected to abnormal use, or
C): subjected to normal wear and tear. Products considered
consumable include, but are not limited to, suspender
ends. Usage considered abnormal includes neglect, misuse,
and lack of maintenance.
